Dr. Mohammad Vaseem is a Research Scientist and Lab Manager in the Integrated Microwaves Packaging Antennas and Circuits Technology (IMPACT) Research Group at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) led by Professor Atif Shamim. Atif Shamim

Professor Shamim is an accomplished electrical engineer specializing in wireless communication and sensing components and systems. His work aims to improve the performance of wireless communication and sensing systems through low-cost additive manufacturing techniques.

Ahmed Nafe

Ahmed Nafe obtained Ms degree in electrical engineering under the supervision of Prof. Atif Shamim from King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST), Thuwal, Saudi Arabia, in 2014. He received the B.Sc. degree (Hons.) in electrical engineering from the German University in Cairo (GUC), Cairo, in 2012. His B.Sc. thesis concerned the design and characterization of millimeter-wave antenna arrays for automotive radars with Ulm University, Ulm, Germany. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering at the University of California at San Diego, La Jolla
